Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Scopezeka website-template products and services, operated by Promode Tech Solutions AB (Swedish company reg. no. 556603-0093), with registered office at Gamla Brogatan 19, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden. By placing an order or creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing a pack or creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Scopezeka sells pre-priced website-template packs and a custom-volume pack. Each pack delivers a fixed number of website pages (and, on custom packs, optional HTML email templates) as static source code — HTML, CSS and JavaScript — bundled in a downloadable ZIP archive. Scopezeka is not a hosting provider.

3. License

Subject to payment, you own the source code we deliver and may use, modify and deploy it for commercial and personal purposes without restriction. Reselling or redistributing the deliverable as part of a competing website-template product is not permitted.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Scopezeka to commission content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or impersonates a person or brand without authorization.

5. Payments

All prices are in EUR. Local-currency prices shown on the site are estimates at today’s mid-market FX rate and are charged in EUR. Card processing is performed by PCI-DSS compliant partners; we never store your full card number or CVC — only the card brand and last 4 digits as a payment reference.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Deliverables already downloaded remain licensed to you subject to these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promode Tech Solutions AB’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
