Promode Tech Solutions AB (“Scopezeka”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

Account: name, email, hashed password. Orders: contact, billing info, your project details, and any options you select. We do not store full payment card data — only the card brand and last 4 digits as a reference.

How we use data

To produce and deliver your order, communicate about it, and run the service. Your project details are used strictly to build your website template.

Sharing

We share data only with processors essential to the service (our production and hosting partners, and a currency-rate provider). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@scopezeka.com.

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Generated files are stored for 90 days after delivery.
