We want you to love your Scopezeka website. If you don’t, we offer a clean refund process.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the website template does not match your specification or contains material defects. We may ask for clarification or offer to revise it at no charge first.

How to request

Email refund@scopezeka.com with your order number and a short description. We respond within 2 business days.

Out of scope

We don’t refund custom packs where the specification itself was ambiguous or where the deliverable was already deployed in production.
