What do I actually get?+
A .zip file with the complete source of your website template: HTML files for each page, a shared CSS stylesheet, a JavaScript file, and a README. Open directly in any browser or deploy anywhere.
Is the code editable?+
Yes — it’s plain HTML/CSS/JS (or Tailwind if you choose). Edit anything: copy, colors, layouts, images. No platform lock-in.
How many pages can I get?+
Fixed packs go from 1 to 10 pages. The Custom pack scales from 1 up to 16 units — and each unit can be a website page or an HTML email template (purchase confirmation, welcome, newsletter, abandoned cart, password reset, receipt). Mix and match.
How long until I get my files?+
1–3 minutes for small packs, up to ~15–20 minutes for 10-page templates. The order-success page auto-refreshes when your ZIP is ready.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — 30-day refund policy if you’re unhappy with the result. See our Refund Policy.
Can I host the website with you?+
Not currently. We deliver source code so you can host it wherever you like — Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, your own server.
Will it match my industry?+
Yes — just describe your business and pick an industry in checkout. The more specific your details, the closer the result.
What if I’m not happy?+
Contact support and we’ll either revise your template or refund you — your call. We want you to love the result.
